time pass so fast..

Start today's post by Mid-Autumn Festival photos.

My family and I celebrated it earlier(yesterday)

Which is also my sister's birthday in Chinese calendar.

The day before mooncake festival is her bday^^

We usually celebrate it together with mooncake festival^^

So, I made jelly mooncake for the very first time!

Firstly, I made the egg yolk by using carrot.

400ml carrot juice mix with a sachet of powder(dunno wad powder is tat)

look alike right?

our boss(kygg) was cheated by me xD..

and many friends frm fb too (shhhh)

Next, to make the outer layer,

I use dragon fruits as my ingredient

750ml dragon fruit juice mix with 500ml coconut milk and one pack of 菜燕粉

Slowly heat until it boiled.

Smell niceeee :DDDD

Then pour into the mooncake moulds until 1/3 full and let it to cool.

when the jelly is freeze, then add some egg yolk and kiwi fruits into it...

then pour the outer layer until the moulds full

teheee :D looks niceeeee!

My mum also didnt lose to me lor...

she made "shao mai" for sis....

yummy yummy!

Ahhh time reli pass so faz =(

hard to see her cute face again...

hard to drive on the road like drunk again...

and many many more....

Back to hectic life...

Stressed out like this

on the other hand,

i can cook creatively...

such as

yee mee with spaghetti sauce and sausage

And try as many dresses as I wish....

Heheh, I'm glad that I still hav a plushie to accompany sleep here! :DD
